VALIDATION & EVIDENCE
Six technology pillars, each independently developed, computationally validated, and filed for patent protection. Together, they form a coordinated platform that is designed so that thermal management, impact protection, physiological intelligence, and autonomous wound care work as one system, not isolated components.
How we work
Our validation approach is stage-gated, evidence-led, and designed to strip risk out before physical prototyping. It moves each technology from early computational screening through high-fidelity analysis into decision-ready evidence packages.
The simulation programme covers hundreds of cases across environmental conditions, operational loads, and failure scenarios spanning the full technology portfolio. The point is not to prove ourselves right. The point is to find where a concept breaks before reality does it for us.
01
First-principles physics models applied to each technology pillar. Fast elimination of weak concepts before resources are committed.
02
Sensitivity analysis on key parameters across environmental conditions. Multi-condition stress testing spanning environmental extremes.
03
Red-team review, cross-pillar consistency audit, and structured evidence consolidation into decision-ready packages.
04
Pass/fail thresholds, named fallback strategies, and defined experimental protocols ready for bench execution.
Our validation programme employs finite element thermal analysis, computational fluid dynamics, pharmacokinetic modelling, and Monte Carlo statistical methods across environmental envelopes spanning −40°C to +60°C ambient temperature and 0–100% relative humidity. Simulation outputs undergo independent red-team review, parameter sensitivity analysis, and cross-pillar consistency auditing.

VECTR AXIS models core body temperature, skin temperature, and sweat loss across eight operational scenarios, fifteen environmental conditions, and multiple system configurations. Interactive, real-time, and built on peer-reviewed thermoregulation models.

REQUEST BRIEF
Validation evidence packages are available to qualified parties under NDA. We share methodology and evidence with organisations that have a defined programme need.
